Actually, you showed some rudimentary understanding of sync, that's good. You had issues with aspect ratio, not to mention the mess the youtube encode made of your quality... I'm afraid there isn't really enough room in this comment box to go over the video in detail.

Well, rudimentary in this case was a good thing, because few people (other than veteran editors) on the tube have any kind of sync at all. So you're definitely a cut above.
