I did actually try that crab walk up a steep hill today at the end of the workout - it was mental. It was almost harder on the triceps than a V-sit and that's saying a lot.
Everyone try that crab walk up a hill seriously - it's insane.

I know the first one works cos I've done lizard push ups going down a set of stairs and the pain the next morning was out of this world. The crab walk up a hill though - that's gotta hurt, I'm gonna see for myself!
