Id start by taking all our troops out of every country. Would save billions of dollars we do not have,and the lives of our brave soldiers.I would then put soilders on our north ans southern borders to protect us from terrorist's, drugs,parasite illegals,Take that money use it to help our citezens,and begin to slowly pay back our dept. then i would address the illeagles currently living here,to see who desrves to become a citizen.True homeland security are secure borders.
