Charlie Manson is one sick individual. WIth his drug crazed mind and his influance over his followers has nothing to do what this song is about. From what I have read it is the name of some huge slide at a amusement park in England.

Hahahah, a helter skelter is just a type of ride you get at fairgrounds and stuff...little kids ride on them, they're just like a big tower with steps on the inside..you climb up and then go down the slide which goes round and round the tower like a spiral staircase..they're always a bit dodgy and old, but this song makes them sound quite cool :P

Helter Skelter has nothing to do with Charles Manson. Helter Skelter is suposed to mean the end of the world. Charles Manson said helter skelter to talk about the end of the world. Its not like it was his slogan or somthing.
