@321centre Hi there. Thank you for your comment which pointed out a slight flaw in the film. I have since spoken to Johnnie and he gave this further advice. "continue to reduce the temperature every 45 minutes until the oven is down to 90-100 degrees and then slow cook for 10-12hr". Hope that answers your question. Cheers Spinning Hat Films
At what point do you stop turning down the temp. Starting at 275c and dropping down 50c every 45 minutes for 21 hours will get you to around -800c.
