Man I wish they did a game based on Rama today. Sort of like Myst or something.

This is an absolutely brilliant game. Anybody that sees it anywhere should get a hold of it immediately.

Very fun to play, very challenging, and offers an unforgettable environment.

u may have a very good point. it may be a good extension to the story.

(but) i still hold that it (game/movie) achieves something that the book didn't or doesn't intend.

this moreover goes against the tradional book ideology.

it may however supercede old ideas in the future (or has already!) but its saddening to see old ideas disappear in the wake of modernization. depressing. disheartening. a book is a book. a book is a universe. or even more. but its best left as a book. disaster!

As movies may degrade the book's experience, games are more like a side extension to the story. Playing the game didn't desacralize the impression the 4 books left me with.

As a matter of fact, I'd like to see another version on this game, since the Raman universe offers various leads for it.

why ruin the beauty of the Raman universe with stuff like games. even a movie is a spoiler. its best left as a book.

Ive got all the discs, the box and the copy of the book rama II that came with it, but how do I play it on Vista?? If I can get it to play I want to do a playthrough and upload it.
