The Pete Capella version of Silver always comes off as incredulous or deeply offended by everything around him. (To me, at least.)

@KonMan06 Why you hate the english voice for? In jp Silver sound like Daisuke Ono kinda horrible and Shadow sounds like Kaname Kuran and Eggman sounds like a fat kid who lost his birthday gift and Melphiles sounds like more creepier.
