Go to the Gulf dude I had a great career.Just fine a company and stay there til you break out. Don't jump from company to company. You can always be a hyperbaric tech after you get bent and your career ends. By then you'll have more exper. then anybody will ever get in a life time at a hospital. Cal dive is good still have some old friends there. JUST DON'T GO TO A SMALL INLAND COMPANY.

go to the gulf and put in some time the experince you get there will make you more cash as an experinced tender and emt. 2-4 years and you apply for instructer i did it and i still work the gulf in the busy season. im proud that you are doing the traing it takes big ones to dive but it takes huge ones to work the gulf be smart, listen to the pros you work with and do the best job they have ever seen and youll be on youre way.diving is a tough job so always go for broke and give 110 percent. best

ok, i just graduated dive school and im getting ready to go to the gulf. I wan to apply with Cal Dive Whats a good company to work for and what can I expect. I am a DMT and I can't make up my mind. Should I stay here and work as a hyperbaric tech and EMT, or go to the GOM ? tell me what you think
