Picking up the pieces

There are so many things I just can't say. I wish I could have done more for my mom. I keep trying to tell myself that it's better that she is not suffering any longer, but I want her back. It's going to take me a long time to be ok with this...

There's nothing to say that can make you feel better right now, but there is this to keep in mind. You are not alone. I also am dealing with depression for my life's issues. We are human, we can love, and that sometimes brings incredible pain, but it also brings joy. It will be tough, but I hope one day you can look back on the good times and she will live on in the memories of the ones that loved her.
