Well done! Looks like a really epic encounter.
Anyway, what do you need to do to get to him. There is the quest series up to killing the Deamon Prince in the middle wing so I guess that, or anything else? Also, is he instanced (ergo limited to 1 party) or is he raidable?

You need to 1. finish 'The blood of the steps' first to get the w1 boss quest 'Leashing the bull'; 2. finish w2 boss quest 'Lord of the death'; 3. finish w3 chain quest 'infinite patience' to get the final boss quest 'Vanquish the skull lord'. Then there is a portal in the end of w3 u can zone in to find this boss and yeah its 6man instanced.
