Watching this brings back pleasant memories...but the cartoon itself sucked, boring as Hell and obviously written by a bunch of left wing tree huggers.

@RollChan1985 I think what killed Sonic more than anything were the other seasons of Sonic that followed the first original series. When Dr. Robotnik became a pushover villain - different voice and all,and had those two goofy dimwitted robot characters and the show turned into more of a comedy circus rather than the action/suspense/adventure show that it was in the original first Sonic cartoons. Those first & oldest Sonic shows were the best and had never been topped in my opinion.

Addams Family took Sonic's timeslot in the Spring of 1995, not Free Willy.

@TheWeatherman100 Well in the movie the owner was planning to kill Willy so he coud claim insurance.

What really got me into watching this show was the cute California sea lion character , Lucille. I figure they decided to end the show quick with only 13 episodes by relieving the identity of the villain and bringing him to justice in the series finale.

Actually the show went for two seasons. After they revealed the villian, he went on the run. There was another 13 episodes I think where they tried to track him down. Ended with a Christmas special, which is on my channel, so there never was a definate 'ending'.

I never cared for this show even when I was a kid.I remember the day Sonic the Hedgehog Sat AM series got replaced with Free Willy.I cried the day they replaced Sonic with this crap cartoon.T_T

Blame the network, not the cartoon companies.
Also, I don't get why people think this cartoon killed Sonic. It was shows like Power Rangers that did it. This show just happened to take up the empty time slot.
