Fallout 3: How to get 100 + stimpacks in 1 minute for free

You need the alien blaster and as many alien power cells as you can get your hands on. Go to Fort Independence southwest of Megaton and trade your blaster and its ammo to one of the outcasts. Then kill the three outcasts outside of the fort and search the guy you traded your stuff to and you should now have around 100 + extra stimpacks.

@BPLfan101 should be there any time of the day between around 9:00 - 16:00 , he should be in outcast armor , this video shows him wearing a different helmet so just go to there and he should be outside in his outcast armor and Helmet
