Easi-Post is an innovative, patented suspension system for truck scales that greatly simplifies the job of leveling a scale with the foundation and offers long-lasting performance. It is ideal for those "less than perfect" foundations. Each module may be raised or lowered by ½" with a simple turn of the adjustment bolt.

This video clearly demonstrates that our patented Easi-Post weighbridge suspension system does an excellent job of controlling deck movement during braking and acceleration, thereby allowing very fast processing of vehicles and minimizing component wear. What you will see is one of our distributors checking calibration by using a 5,000 pound motorized calibration cart loaded with 16,000 pounds of weights for a total of 21,000 pounds.

Upon stopping at each section and above each corner, a stable reading was being manually recorded in the very short amount of time that passes between the operator getting off and back on the cart.

This is at a busy highway weigh-station in South Dakota that averages over 800 vehicle weighments per day, and the operators are extremely pleased with the scale. In fact one of the operators has experience with other brands of scales at other weigh-stations, and says that the Avery Weigh-Tronix is definitely the best performer and the most reliable.

Finally, keep in mind that Easi-Post does incorporate the very same internal, self-checking design that Avery Weigh-Tronix has used successfully for many years on thousands of weighbridges. Unlike much of our competition, our weighbridges do not require the expense and annoyance of frequent adjustments to the checking system gaps and we do not allow the weighbridge to act as a battering ram against the foundation approach walls. Many competitive weighbridges that utilize compression load cells or double-ended shear beams actually take longer to stop rocking, so it takes longer to capture a stable weight reading and there is more wear and tear on various parts of their system.
