When the west wants to change that, muslims call it 'crusades'. When the west does business with Islamic countries (from their believes causes dictatorship) they blame the west by telling that the west supports dictators.

@taa86 Before Arabs conquered Alexandria, a lot of knowledge was shared between Greece and Babylonia. During the existance of Islam itself, the only thing muslims invented was coffee. Nice invention, but the west could have invented something like that themselves. After the Arabs conquered Alexandria the Quran was written. And NOT before, that's also proof that the Islam is a bunch of BS.

@taa86 actually, the science in the quran contains the exact same mistakes as old Greek science. For instance sura 23:12-14 and the science of Galen concerning embryology. The bones are not covered with flesh, but the bones grow and are formed within the flesh. Now how come the quran contains the exact same mistakes?? @Brulluhman actually, the rise of Islam ever since Prophet Mohammad's death (PBUH) gave rise to the Renaissance. When Islam spread, the Middle East was reformed, and Muslims did contribute to science and mathematics. Stuff ranging from Algebra to optics to astronomy. As Islam spread, ancient Muslim scientists contributed to science, and their theories forms the basis of modern science.

Fun Fact: did you know that Muslims invented the 1st ever surgical tools?
