The echo study shows: The aortic arch is tortuous with a severe focal coarctation noted immediately distal to the subclavian artery. Abdominal aorta pulsations are reduced. velocity of the flow accelerate to 2.8 M/S in the narrowing area. A restrictive right to left shunt PDA is seen.
