  • check out Glenn Pendlay's video if you want to learn the right way to do this exercise. there should be very little thoracic extension with the lumbar in extension and rigid the entire time. NOT like this guy is teaching, being in exaggerated spinal flexion and forcefully extending while pulling from the floor.

  • @sadbrotherstone This video was based on my interpretation of his verbal description of the movement at the time when there was not many resources (videos) available.

  • Great video man. I like rows but I'm currently doing Starting Stregtn and they are not part of the program but I'm planning to add some rows. Also do you think the horizontal bodyweight row can be a substitue fo r barbell rows ?
