  • Fess Parker......Legend.

  • Always a gentleman and a class act. Look what Hollywood tries to pass off on us today.

  • Yes he was and always will be remembered for making those rolls come to life. If they ever decide to redo these rolls it will be a waste of time because they have already cast the best in the rolls of Davey Crockett and Daniel Boone.

Thank you for the memories Mr. Parker.

    ;)

  • As a rapidly ageing baby boomer...I'd like to thank fess parker for some of the happiest times of my life.

  • ...and to I, too.

  • He'll ALWAYS be Davey Crockett to my brothers and I !!

  • Watching and listening to Mr Parker I can see and feel Fess Parker WAS Davy Crockett. The way he tells a story, etc. Put him in tha Alamo and give him a plot line to follow and you get Fess Parker..and walk out of the theater thinking Davy Crockett! A giant of a man. Charismatic, sincere, humorous and just the best man you would want as a friend.
