Resident Evil 3: Nemesis Freezes on PSP

***POSSIBLE SOLUTION***

To avoid game freeze after getting the firehose, instead of going
directly to the alley, go back to the parking lot to deposit the hose
in the chest. Now go directly to the alley (without the fire hose) and
then there you withdraw the hose skipping the door where the game freezes.

I have this game on official firmware and it freezes everytime I leave the clocktower as Jill

The game freezes when i leave the clocktower but i believe i found a solution for it (at least worked for me 100%) if you are in the chapel as jill get the clip and nothing more then instead of going directly to the hospital go to where the train crashed (just to change the route) and then you can go to the hospital it worked for me and i have finished the game without more freezes i hope i was any help for anyone.

@Gorm1995 I know a way for the game to get trough that part, but you need a ps3. well I have the same problem and what I did is save the data before leaving the clocktower in my psp and copy the saved data to the ps3, play the game in your ps3 and you can get out of there with no problem. then when you get to the first safehouse after leaving the clocktower, save the game and copy the saved data to your psp and you can play with no problem.

By the way: For the people that have the same problem as the guy in the video. After you pick the Fire Hose go back to the car garage and deposit the Fire Hose. Then go through the door and pick up the Fire Hose from a different safe house.

I have the same clock tower door bug as a lot of people. At first I went through the door with NO PROBLEM AT ALL, but guess what, I forgot the stupid lockpick. So I went back took it and guess what, it froze right after I got through the freakin door! I try and try and try but it fakin won't get through. Then I read that I can get through the door just ONCE and I have to start again. Fuck it.
