This is a video demonstration of the edge inking capabilities of the HP Compaq 2710p convertible notebook. The quarter inch black flush border around the screen is incredibly handy for inking close to the side of the screen. This screen is unlike any other I have. There is no crease at the edge of the screen where dust and dirt can get into. My screen is very clean and is holding up well to the rigors a tablet pc must go through. Although the screen looks yellowish in the video, it is incredibly vibrant and bright. The brightness is good for a business unit and there is no sign of yellow on the screen in person. Unrelated, but still good to know, is that the silver border around the black border around the screen is also flush with the screen itself and the screen panel is incredibly thin. The hinge is very secure and there is less wobble than a regular notebook would have.
