Can you Americans just read some India books? They solved these issues thousands of years ago, you will not find the answers through psychology, that is the self which is what you must loose, then you can manifest at will without effort. Of course by that stage you will not want anything. It is a long journey and one not easily made from a materialistic society like we have in the west. Good luck and congrats! - Your eyes are open and you are seeking something.

nice intro! im in the process myself of becoming more aware of my own intentions and 'monkey mind'. its not been easy to rein in, but ive already seen pretty great results and am enjoying the feeling of empowerment.
