It's amusing and delightful to hear that even though it would be 4 years down the line, Tango Till They're Sore was in gestation. Same with a small permutation of God's Away On Business showing up (ever so briefly) while touring in 88' for Franks Wild Years.

Or John Lennon playing the decending line of what would become Strawberry Fields Forever on a Melodica in February of 1964 during their first American tour!

I'm always intrigued by those sort os things.

That tango was awsome

I remember seeing this performance on tape a few years ago and I loved "The Tango". He mixes both chaos and harmony in a way that is hard to believe.  Amazing musical genius!
