www.filmmaker8.com - Your 16mm resource! The film used was Kodak 7266 Tri-X. The camera used was an Éclair ACL 2 with a Nikon 50mm f1.8 lens with no filter. I tried to measure exposure by eye and as you can see from this footage that was a mistake. Way over and underexposed.

  • When you get your film scanned, how is it delivered? Can you specifiy >8bpp without compression? If the answer is 'yes', then surely you can easily correct exposure in software?

    I hate to be a PITA but you need to find more interesting subject matter - or have your kids do something more interesting.
