An elderly lady takes on the nation's song writers in a competition to find a Rugby World Cup Anthem . . . . Sometimes you have to wait a long time to get your moment of fame and glory!

GOOD ON YA GRANNY! . . I hope the judge is won over by your song, and your undoubted charm . . you are, without a doubt, a WINNER!

UPDATE:
QUOTE from TV3 "Nightline" - Friday July 9 : (http://www.3news.co.nz/Winner-of-Nightlines-RWC-Song-competition/tabid/368/articleID/165156/Default.aspx)
So to the last two: The boys from Linwood Rugby Club's 'Dogs Bollocks' social team and Geoff Cox who is behind the song 'Dig Deep'.
But from the ridiculous to the sublime, our second finalist won hearts this week with her anthem recorded with the help of Eddie Rayner from Split Enz and Susie Lynch from The Chicks -- she is Alice Cherrie.
