I find people who use a great tragedy such as the Joplin tornado horrible. Uploading this video and claiming to see ghosts shows the lack of normal human feeling for the families who lost loved ones in the storm. Shame on you. You have no shame, do you! This video and its claims should be taken off of Youtube.

I'm from Joplin, born and raised. It kills me to see this. 162 people died because of that horrific day. I've seen this on two different videos. I want to believe the spirits of the people that we lost that day are still with us. I know Will Norton and Lantz are watching over us <3

I know what this really is. This is in fact the result of a double exposure. There were two videos in the same frame, and that's why you see that "ghost" coming out of the debris in the Joplin tornado aftermath. The "ghost" is actually a boy wearing a dark shirt (black by the looks of it) and tan colored shorts walking out from behind a tree.
