I have road coursed my GT500 multiple times and yea sorry it has performed flawlessly. Would beat a Jeep hands down.  How do I know I own a GT500 and a Jeep.

I'll say one other thing, you put a Jeep SRT8 against any Mustang on a road coarse and the Mustang is going to lose bad. Jeeps handle WAY better, and please don't try to say "no they don't! a Mustang would kill a Jeep" I've raced enough auto crosses with the Jeep to know that's just not true. In fact you almost never see mustangs at these events because the handle like shit.

A single turbo kit for a Jeep is 8K and they run mid 10's all day. So saying it takes 30 grand to make a Jeep fast just goes to show that you have no idea what you are talking about. A cam and a tune and a Jeep will run low 12's and that will cost you under a grand. As for your friend that's his own fault, when you bump your HP up to 650 at the crank you should probably do your tranny as well. But that's the only mod you need to do all the way up to 1000+ HP.

@Sickassfords dont even talk to them. jeep srt8s quality is shitty as fuck. the only way to make a jeep fast is to drop 30 grand on them. my friend had an srt8, put headers new exhaust supercharger ect, floored it off a stop light and the stock trans that comes with the car blew to shreds.

@AWDSRT8Jeep Fastest stock shelby ran a 11.37@123mph on slicks and without low 12s around 116mph got one setting in the drive way.Yes jeeps are nice had a 07 charger srt8 but awd is only good off the line and theres no way around 5000lbs best ive seen out of a stock jeep is a 13.3 little over 100mph.
