Who doesn't like Tengu Blade? It's Slash Claw, Charge Kick, and Silver Tomahawk in one weapon, and at least TWO of those were very good weapons in their respective games...

Tengu Man was put back in because he got pissed that he failed and King let him try again.
Without his weakness, playing as Mega Man is a nightmare.
