On February 13, 2010, 35,534 PrisonPlanet.TV accounts were hacked. The website 4chan.org posted full names, email addresses and easily-decryptable passwords publically on the Internet, for anyone to download.
I can confirm that 35,534 accounts were leaked. The fields leaked were:
ID, Name, Username, Email, Password, Usertype, Block, SendEmail, GID, RegisterDate, LastVisitDate, Activation
