Don't worry, there's no such Star in the game.
Although, Nintendo should have done that in my opinion. I would've loved to see other people's reactions. XD

Challenge 4: Boss Blitz Daredevil Speed Run

This challenge's aim is simple:
Power Star Achivement: Complete the 'Throwback Throwdown Speed Run' Star without taking any damage.
