i actually started rabbit jumping cause i saw a vid like this and i put a book in front of my rabbit just to see if she would jump it and she did immediatly she LOVES it now instead of jumpind 2in she can jump a foot and a half and thats only wit 3 months of training i do off leash she absolutly HATES leashes in her first compition she won 2nd place now i dunno bout u but i dont think that is to shabby

most perform offleash i think, but at shows there are so many distraction with the crowd that they put the leash on for safety

I wouldn't call that forcing. Forcing would be beating the shit out of it to get it over it. Thats not wot it looks like in this situation.

First off, getting them to jump things such as books is not always good for them simply because they will not fall if the rabbit hits them. I don't know about these people in particular, but I am also very much so into this sport, and safety of the bunny is ALWAYS #1 priority. My bunnies started on leash, but love it so much that they now do it off. Those bars are (I'm speaking from personal experience and not this video) designed to fall and lightweight so the rabbit will not hurt itself.

Ok your opinion. My is different. For me leashes and "special" stuff like that are just bullshit. Saw that at my own rabbits, just cruel. Sorry but I don't belive that ANY flight animal like that.
The point is: by showing stuff like that you animate people to do it-but people havent got the background informations & many don't think about what could happen etc.

But pls, don't tell anyone it would be good to get their rabbits in leashes. That's crap & cruel because of their natural instinct
