@StudioGimmick He would indeed make a good leader. However, he is a hypocrite. Firstly, he says that nobody can control The Great Chain of industry and yet he later says that he needs to give the chain a pull so he can control it again. Secondly, he claims to believe in a free market economy, yet he controls and owns every industry in Rapture.

I am pretty sure Bioshock Infinite will be pretty good, but they have the incredible hard task of coming up with characters that can live to the ridiculously high standard set by the original Bioshock with Ryan, Cohen, Fontaine, Atlas even that psycho of Steinman.
