@kelseyr2 this size gives pretty loose waves so if you want slightly tighter curls then go for the smaller one!

Wow. I think I would burn myself holding the curling iron that way. Thank you for this video, cause my hair naturally curls that way. I was wondering how to get them to loosen them much. I brush them out. So I need to try using the finger comb. What about fly aways? I get a ton of those.

Can you use a regular curling iron with the clip but use it just like the one you're using in the video? Hope that doesn't sound confusing =/

great video! very insightful! I was told by my hairstylist that if you use a hair serum or oil before using a heat tool it will literally fry your hair as if you were cooking it causing damage and split ends. I was told to apply the shine serum afterwards. not sure if its true but thought it might be helpful or maybe my hair stylist was wrong. anyhow. great vid, I just got a clipless curling iron for xmas cant want to try this out!

@kaylag567 I think she means to have your hair lie flat against the iron instead of being in little twisted ropes like it can get. Watch her fingers and her hair when she's wrapping the hair around the barrel. You'll notice it always lies flat against it.
