Brave and likeable droid R2GeorgeY is defeated in the battle for Aljunied GRC. Final Star Wars parody in the "Darth Vader PAP supporter" series for Sg elections 2011. Enjoy!
On 8 May 2011, 2.11am, it was declared that a Workers' Party A-team led by Low Thia Khiang had been elected MPs for Aljunied GRC. In a gracious exit speech recognizing changing times, outgoing incumbent MP George Yeo said "A new chapter has opened in Singapore history".

In a way...Star wars the story is kinda like our own country's politics.... PAP aka the Evil Empire...and the Oppositions aka the Rebel Alliance....in which only in a certain place did the alliance won against the might of the Empire.....
And Yes....the Emperor Palpatine does represent MM Lee....and his 'son' Darth Vader does represents our PM......So the fight continues.......for a democratic REPUBLIC!!!!
