I think the greatest and most influential empire was the Byzantine Greek! The Macedonian Greek empire of Alexander was not so important i think cause happened in ancient times!!! Im Greek .All the others are just colonial bullshits empires!

@Ottos127 Nah I wouldn't say the Third Reich is among the top three. That title should go to the Greek, Mongol, Russian or Spanish Empire But I would say the Top Ten Empire's goes: 1) British Empire (Big Gap between these two) 2) Roman Empire (Big Gap between these two) 3) Persian Empire 4) Mongol Empire (Big Gap between these two) 5) Russian Empire 6) Spanish Empire 7) French Empire (Colonial and Napoleonic) 8) Third Reich 9) Ottoman Empire 10) Dutch Empire
