Umm...soo...I'm fat. I currently weigh 200lbs which is just about the heaviest I have ever been except for last week when I weighed 206.
My goal weight right now is 170lbs.
In order to loose the weight I have been not eating out as much and just eating healthier foods in general. Sometime in the near future I hope to begin exercising more....in the meantime I am working doing cleaning for 3 hours in the morning 7 days a week. I have been doing that for about 3 months now and have succeeded in gain LOTS of muscle. Unfortunately I did not lose any fat in the process. So I'm really focusing on changing my diet for the time being.

hmm, good job. SInce you are gaining muscle,I suggest doing at least 30-45min of cardio 4-6 days a week to burn the fat that is covering your muscles.
Plus weightlifting 3 times a week.
You would really start to lose weight, especially if you moderate your diet:
adequate protein and fats(the good fats), low on carbs.
