I was inspired to write this verse after hearing this song by Gnarls Barkley ft. Jay Electronica, "Who's Gonna Save My Soul." I put my verse at the beginning of the song, which is strictly for promotional purposes. I am in no way affiliated with Cee Lo Green, DJ Dangermouse, or Atlantic Records.

I think this song captures the essence of the pain people go through in dealing with what we interpret as failed relationships. We tend to forget that all relationships are a mirror to look at the qualities within ourseles we like and.or dislike. One of my mentors Janet Swerdlow once said in order to attract the correct partner there are two rules that one must ollow: Rule number one, work on yourself. Then rule number two: CONTINUE TO WORK ON YOURSELF...because it is better to be alone than to wish you where alone. I really think that with my added verse the listeners will get an idea of the introspection that must be done on oneself before, durring, and even after one gets into ANY relationship.

Enjoy my creative addition to "Who's Gonna Save My Soul."
