  • you left out the part where you lied and screwed people into a terrible contract with crappy equipment.

  • @davidjkwan BAHAHA youre an idiot dude. I can tell youre a sales rep. Let me tell you from expirience that techs from any company rarely get full line seizure lol. there are many things that will hinder us from full line seizure i.e. DSL or digital phones.

  • @pdelmercado Also... honestly, we survey all of our customers twice before we bind them to the agreement... which means they have to say, "yes I understand that is what is on the agreement, and that is what my salesman told me." twice. The company fires anyone who doesn't live up to standard. Call and tell us if you see it again so we can get it taken care of.

  • @pdelmercado with any sales job there are going to be alot of competitive people... the only reason APX is getting a rep for it is because they send out so many and only pay commission. the more good sales reps we send out, the more bad ones leak their way through the cracks.

  • Ha ha. Every single on of our accounts had line seizure. It's a requirement before our techs can even leave the house. But the new equipment will blow all that away. I'm glad you know that if there ever is any problem the customers can call Apx and they'll fix it--that's why we just won the JD Power & Associates Outstanding Customer Experience Award for the second straight year--not even ADT has ever won that--it's based on extremely and abnormally high customer ratings.I love the truth, too. :)
