they should attach an mp3 player to the top of the cop car. then the cops should play their favorite theme from cop shows on TV like "bad boys bad boys, whatcha gonna do when WE come for you? (yes this group should make a special song just for this siren)" while they speed down the block and highway at 120 miles per hour. that will scare the sh** out of the perp.
