  • nice workout , but the pullups were kinda fake cause ya used you hips and parts of your abs to swiong youself up there try doing traigh motion with just your upper body and keep your feet still ;)

  • Love ya vids no lie, but you have no lower body workouts... you have tons of upper body. Would you please a few lower body only workouts, that I can possibly do around the house, would really appreciate it.

  • I see your practicing more technique on the heavy bag good job, 1 thing when you jab practice really short steps and when you throw the right hand bend your back knee slightly and if your legs feel too spread out when your throwing the right hand slight your back foot while your throwing it hope this helps

  • Your punching sucks if we are talking about technique... But who gives a fuck when you are hitting hard lol. The only thing i would suggest is trying for more speed and postore rather than always throwing BOMBS. Then you'll hit fuckers all over the place lol

    What do you recommend as the best training method for increasing pull/chinup strength and capacity? Lots of sets of few reps? Training with added weight? Chinning until fatigue? I want to start training for 1 armed chins but need to work up to 20 consecutive chins first, so any advice/ pointers from a physical specimen such as yourself would be greatly appreciated.
