@TheAwesomeperson3464 God threw us into this world with an ultimatum... He gave us free will to make our own choices but if we don't make the right ones he'll F$*K YOU UP. Does sound very loving to me.
How do you explain a good god sending people to hell for being born into the wrong religion? I mean it wasn't their fault. What if you weren't so lucky as to be in the right religion? Do you think you would deserve eternal punishment for that?

@rockers213 Thats a copout answer. If you can't give an answer that explains why god does horrible things to people but loves us and is good all the time, then there's a reason for that... It's because it doesn't make sense.
You have to be able to make sense out of the fact that he commits genocide, commands slavery and rape, and sends people to hell for being born into the wrong religion.
Just simply saying that he can because he's god doesn't cut it.

@thebreadslam1111 you are absolutely right though I know we people should worship him, even if my life is complete (money,family,friends,education) he still adds it some more... that is why I can shout THANK YOU AND I LOVE YOU GOD in front of everybody... because even though I am sinful he still forgives me and adds more and more luck to me

@TheAwesomeperson3464 I read Genesis and still think the fact that "Satan" is able to interfere with people's free will is contradictory to "God's" omnibenevolence. I don't think your God is good or he would never have promoted homophobia, sexism, racism or slavery in the original testament. And if he was good and loved us unconditionally then surely no one would ever go to "Hell". It is no one's choice to go to such a horrific place. Surely a loving and omniscient "God" would understand that

@35Rumblefish He is very loving and will forgive, but all have to meet him halfway. If you truly love him and ask Jesus to help you and save you, then you won't have to fear him , sin separates you from him, therein the fear.Once you are one with God you know you won't mess up but ask for guidance always,for until we leave this sinful earth and the New Jerusalem is built and we have new bodies, we are in danger of falling. So follow Yeshua and have peace.
