Did anyone else notice that once the bloody cops quit attacking the dude(granted, it's not like they shouldn't have) the dog quit being aggressive and just stood their WAGGING it's tail? (if you can get past the barking track)I'd say that man has a very well behaved, loyal dog that in it's mind had every right to protect it's master. I don't care what breed of dog that is, any dog that behaves like that is a good dog in my eyes.

I was a police officer for eight years. I now work as an animal care technician for the shelter. It was actually thru my line of work as a police officer that I saw how many ignorant and irresponsible pet owners there were. The officers in this video had every right to shoot the dog, and in fact I was surprised they held back. As much as I LOVE animals, in a heartbeat my own safety is priority.
