it's just a trick you should try it!!!!! Instructions: close your eyes and keep them closed the whole tim... 1. count to 15 and then stomp 2. take arms and hold wrist tight and go back and forth switching one on top then jhave them snap 15 times rotating which hand it is (hint: you will need two people for this) 3. do this again with 10 and then five 4. count to 0 then stomp have theother person only lift your arms and plut there fingers by your ears 5.then you will need to repeat after them- bloody mary, come with me, to the dance, and dance with me. THen your arms will start to slowy raise but you have to relax and not move your arms

It's not bloody mary, it's muscle getting used to the arm twist. That why you close eyes. Every time you take her arms and moving them, muscle getting used to it and after the last time, she feels that someone is taking her arms up it's actually her self, her muscles. Here is a better version:

Put the arms in to your pockets (arms have to be straight) and bring them up (they must stay in the pockets) hold it like that for 30 seconds and take your arms out of your pockets and relax them, ----
