All-Star November Continues with a turkey.

As you know Thanksgiving is only a few days away, and since everyone is in turkey mode, here's one for the ages. The 80s revival of "The Gong Show" hosted by "True" Don Bleu. (Sorry, but Chuck Barris has the upper hand!)

Enjoy at your own risk!

This of course was taped off WPIX New York and it comes from WhatsAYak!

  • I loved the first two acts!

  • Okay... why did the GONG get flashing blown up when Jay hit it and the damn place shocked? That patr haunted my ass when I was 09, 23 years later... just f***ing didn't it again. Someone tell me why? No GONG SHOW wold have it blowned.

  • I swear that "True" Don Blue could be Marc Summers twin brother. He almost looks exactly like him.

  • Fun House & The Gong Show: a perfect combo during the 1988-89 season. VSC, keep it comin'!

  • @zachhoran It actually makes reference to that accident in the book "Come on Down: Behind the Big Doors at The Price is Right". In the book, it mentions that the cameraman wasn't aware of Janice's position where she handed Bob his microphone. The camera swung around so fast it hit Janice and knocked her onto the floor at the same level where the audience is.

  • I remember seeing that Alpine White commercial on the VHS release for Dirty Dancing.

  • power 106 got a shout! OMG! whatever happened to Jay Thomas.

  • Charlie O Donnell, Janice from TPIR! (When did she break her arm?)

    Nice episode! FROM WPIX!!!!!!!

Plus, love the Hersheys "All Time Greats" ad. Too bad its the altered version for the new 1989 slogan.

Also A BIG CEREAL WITH A BIG TASTE!

The Potamkin dude also promised a free mink on a BurtisCurtis break!

I remembered the boomerang production logo at the end (WHICH GOT RUDELY CUT OFF!)
