Twinstar Flag Fly & Tow 4th of July Salute!

http://iheartheli.com Hmmm, can I fly a flag from the top of the twinstarII? How about towing a flag like a banner? I gave it a go, then the flag got caught way high up in a tree. Flag retrieval video coming next!

The plane w/ brushed motors was ~$95, then add 4 servos and speed controller, battery reciever and transmitter. All I added was the 4 servos 'cause I had everything else. Eventually I went brushless.

That's a lot of drag for that airplane to be able to pull that large flag. I'm surprised it did as well as it did. Nice job.

I normally run at 50% power max, with the flag I ran about 80-90%. I have to tape the motor wires together or the prop wash blows them apart! Brushless 2250Kv motors.
