there's nothing wrong with drive belt's. i have a Lesco 48" walk behind that runs like champ . the main thing is you just have to take care of what ever mower you buy

@DRUTLAND3 ....I only run SCAGS myself. However your comment makes no sense to anyone with any experience. My SCAG's motors would be the same Kawi's as on the Lesco. As far as belts, if you are breaking them consistently, you have them adjusted improperly, or are using inferior belts. Both would be an easy fix.

Well I Wouldnt Recommend It Their A Real Pain In The Ass Belts Snap Real Easy And Motor Problems Are The Worst... I would Recommend A Scag Walk Behind..
