lol...if you look at the rest of the lyrics you can find out yourself what Soma means.

the lyrics talk about how his "soma" is built out of clay... do you think he'd he talking about his buddy ?

it's all about how his body rules his brain (as a result of taking drugs)

Well, since I don't understand Greek all that much, it would be hard to look at the rest of the lyrics. However, the official video clip of the song does indicate that the idea is more about the body, instead of buddy.
