@CherryMangoLover So well said, dear friend. Totally agree. I've tried in vain to describe her music to my American family, friends in my native Texas, but words can not convey her greatess. She was the greatest singer in recorded music history, world wide. I'm 61, did not hear about her until just 5 months ago, when a Japanese friend sent me her bio and Japanese language videos. I was stunned, awed, smiling and weeping simultaneously. She was indeed an angel. I love everything about her.

I love Teresa Teng, everything she stood for, represented, her matchless voice, beauty, charm, charisma, sincerety, desire for democracy in mainland China, her care for oppressed, suffering people, her multi language capability, creativity, everything about her is bigger than life. She was the greatest singer in recorded music history, an angel, as well as a gracious super star. I'm from Texas, a caucasian 61 y/o cowboy, who loves Teresa Teng with all my heart. RIP dear one.
