Lol, at least you don't manage a retail store, I get customers yelling at me and crap a lot. I'm only 20 so they think that because im so young its my fault. Wanna know what I do? I yell right back, im not about to take anything from anyone. but if i get in trouble for it, i hear it from my boss, my boss's boss, and then his boss. but generally they're all pretty good about it. So, it's great, im just glad i dont have to worry about my parents. =]
