We got all the seals fixed and everything working. The PID control loop still needs to be tuned up right, so it is still not totally representative of actual user experience, but here's a video of our latest prototype pulling a shot through our thermoblock. Pressure and temperature profiles still to come!

uh, that shot is like 3 times too long....I hope you are using junk coffee in there to test and that is why it looks the way it does. Can you do a naked shot with precisely ground beans to show what the machine will do and really capture close the color and stream distribution of the coffee as it comes out.....

I hope that extraction was the result of some old, stale "test" coffee. That espresso looks nasty. Your goals are noble, indeed, though.
