  • Very good taste bud on the Sake! Japanese rice is similar to Shanghai rice. It is round rose, not long grain rice. The Japanese use cold filter(ceramic)to filtrate their rice wine, therefore their rice wine is thinner and clearer. Also, the quality of the water to make the rice wine is important. The water used for wine has to be filtered or purified.
