  • I hear a lot about Elvis Films not being that Great. Only one thing anything Elvis will Live forever and these stars that did not really want to do them are lucky they did because at least they too will live on. If they had not been in an Elvis Movie no one would know them. So it's been said so it shall be written :).

  • @Lepidoptarist Snobby? These films were mediocre at the best. If you wish to be an actor with some credit (like Elvis wanted to be) you wouldn't want to make movies like these. Same script in different locations and different girls and dozen usually mediocre/horrible songs per film.

He has few better ones like Flaming Star or King Creole but most of them were embarassing.

  • @mikainen Why ? Snobby was he ? Personally I liked his films a lot better than his other stuff.

  • @mikainen this song is one of the better 45s taken from a soundtrack LPs and certainly not up to Elvis quality The Col would hire songwriters willing to publish on his pub co. and willing to give the Col more than a gernerous % of the take If there was ever a man who was penny wise and pound foolish it was the Col One of the greatest talents of his era and the Col has him making bad movies records often 2nd and 3rd rate Never was so much talent to reach such heights but yet remain unfullfilled

  • @mikainen this song is one of the better singles taken from a movie soundtrack LP and certainly not up to Elvis quality The Colonel would hire songwriters willing to publish on his publishing Company and willing to give the Colonel a more than gernerous % of the take If there was ever a man who was penny wise and pound foolish it was the Colonel One of the greatest talents of his era and the Colonel has him making bad movies recording often second and third rate songs Never was so my talent lost

  • jaja a bailar.. elvis el rey del rock and roll. en amerika

  • nice one ...

  • Although I like this song you have to remember that Elvis himself was really embarassed himself doing these movies and songs in them.
